Los Angeles restricts SKATEBOARD "hill-bombing"

As of tuesday skateboarders in LA can no longer "bomb" a hill crouched down because they gain to much speed and is considered "UNSAFE" .. so you now must go down the hill standing straight up!  if you know anything about skateboarding or simple physics. Crouching LOW to the ground gives you a lower center of gravity and are able to balance better. Making this new California restriction and penalty contradict the thing they are trying to stress. safety
